This study presents a uncommon case of this disorder, highlighting its characteristic clinical manifestation. The individual, a young/adult/elderly male/female, presented with aarray of symptoms that included muscle weakness, skin rashes, and abdominal pain. These symptoms were progressive in nature, resulting a thorough medical evaluation.
